1. Our commitment
We work to make the Errl Hill Extracts website usable by people with different abilities, devices, and assistive technologies. Our goal is the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at Level AA. This is an ongoing effort, not a certification of conformance.
2. Using the website
You can use the main navigation, age confirmation, store search, and product dialogs with a keyboard. A Skip to content link appears when focused. Privacy, terms, and accessibility information are available without age confirmation. Text and layouts adapt to smaller screens and browser zoom.
3. Motion and readability
Decorative clouds are static. Other decorative motion stops within five seconds and is disabled when your device requests reduced motion. The website provides visible focus indicators, text alternatives for meaningful images, and text labels for controls.
4. Known limitations
Lab certificates are third-party PDFs and may not be fully tagged for screen readers. Product pages include text summaries of available lab results, and certificates can be opened separately. Google Maps and other external websites manage their own accessibility. Contact us if you need help accessing a certificate or other information.
